Ron Griffin is dedicated to creating innovative solutions to some of society's most difficult challenges. He has managed successful education, family self-sufficiency, and community development programs for over 20 years.

Ron is also a successful entrepreneur who possesses many years of experience in business as well as public sector human resource and project management. He has held state and national leadership positions, been featured on numerous national expert panels, and specializes in creating public and private collaborative partnerships for the common good.

 

Ron has created numerous state and national award-winning projects serving thousands of at-risk clients including children and families in poverty, foster children, welfare recipients, and individuals in the probation and prison systems.

 

He holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, with a specialization in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and also holds Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR).
